SAA Notes

Sometimes it is good just to praise the Lord, to tell out what He has done! Try to pray a prayer just with praise and confession, but without any asking. It’s hard, but worth the effort in just spending a few minutes telling the Lord what you think and feel about Him.

SJA Notes

These psalms are just all praise hey! Praising God our maker!

“Clap your hands, all peoples! Shout to God withn loud songs of joy!”

Through the ups and downs of the day, of the week, we will have times of crying out to God, as we have seen in other psalms, but we will also have times of overflowing praise, and this is a good thing!

“Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises!”

And this is praise. Every single member of God’s family is able to praise Him. It doesn’t matter what our voice sounds like, or whether we can sing in tune.

God’s word calls us to praise Him, to sing praises to Him!

And this is a great command, because we can all do it. No embarassment about how we sound, but with full hearts of praise, looking to Him, not to man.

Let’s be encouraged to SING PRAISES TO GOD, to our King!

Hallelujah! Amen!
