* Dear God, thank You for Your word to us today. Please help us see You better.
“When he came and saw the grace of God, he was glad, and he exhorted them all to remain faithful to the Lord with steadfast purpose,”
Are we being exhorted to remain faithful to the Lord?
Is this the message coming from our pulpits, in our bible studies, from our own mouths as we speak with one another?
See the joining in this passage of faithfulness and purpose, STEADFAST purpose.
What is steadfast in scripture?
God’s love is steadfast. His faithfulness unending.
Let our purpose be grounded and steadfast in God’s love, to tell those around us about Jesus. To remain faithful to the God who has been so faithful to us, to His people throughout all the ages.
May God’s word exhort us today!

Thank You for the encouragement of believers, for the admonition and exhortation we receive from faithful witness and preaching of You and Your word.
Please help us today to walk faithfully before You, our purpose steadfast in You.
