SAA Notes

What marvellous verses. Verses 7-10 recall us to a new insight as to how we regard our parents, ministers, leaders, and teachers.

SJA Notes

Here is a wonderful poetic vision of what it means to tell people about Jesus!

“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news,”

What is the good news that we bring?

JESUS: King and Saviour, Rescuer and Redeemer.

God does not act in secret, our faith is not without evidence. “The LORD has bared his holy arm before the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.”

In Jesus we have God at work in all His wisdom and power, in His manifold will and majesty.

Indeed He bared His holy arm before all the nations.

And He continues to do so!

Because Jesus lives! Ever lives and intercedes for His people!

We do not follow dead wood, rotten matter.

No. We follow the living and true God. The Holy One of Israel.

Hallelujah, what a Saviour!

* Dear Father God,

We thank You today for the wonderful news we have to spread. May our feet be ready, shod with readiness to spread this good news to the world around.

Thank You for Jesus.

In His Name we pray,

Amen.
