SAA Notes

John sees the Temple Above in Jerusalem Above. This is the Temple where Jesus offered up Himself as a sacrifice for our sins – Hebrews 9:11-14. You and I can serve the Living God, because Christ cleansed us from our sins.

SJA Notes

* Dear God, please show us what it means to be Your people under Your rule, from Your word to us today.

“Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify your name? For you alone are holy.”

This is what we pray for our loved ones who do not know the Lord – That they would know Him! That they would fear God and glorify His Name!

And this is what we would continue to pursue ourselves – A knowledge, a knowing of God and bringing glory to His Name.

Our God is holy. He _alone_ is holy.

That is an absolute. This characteristic of holiness is singularly true, only true, of God.

God alone is to be worshipped. God alone is to be glorified.

He alone is holy.

* God Above,

You alone are holy.

Please Lord God, help us to glorify Your Name at every opportunity.

Help us to grow in our knowledge and understanding of You.

Amen.
