SAA Notes

Children often suffer because of their parent’s behaviour and attitudes – neglect, caste, physical abuse, substance abuse, etc. With God it is different – we never suffer with Him because of our parents. Reflect on verses 18:23 and 18:32.

SJA Notes

* Loving God, please plant Your word deep within our hearts today, and grow it, that we might be good soil and bear much fruit.

“Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, declares the Lord GOD, and not rather that he should turn from his way and live?”

To repent and live.

John the Baptist echoed these words from God,

“Repent and believe the good news!”

We need to be honest.

Have I brought myself to the feet of our King Jesus and repented of my folly?

Do I believe that God has raised Him from the dead?

There is no other way to live.

* Father God,

Please help us to turn to You each day, to Your word that is life and health to us.

Mark us as a humble people, repentant in truth.

Please save those around us Lord God.

Amen.
