SAA Notes

Macedonia, Greece and Turkey were the main spheres of Paul’s ministry. We should pray for these places today and for the progress of the Gospel there.

SJA Notes

* Dear God, thank You for this day, and for Your word to us today.

“And when Paul had gone up and had broken bread and eaten, he conversed with them a long while, until daybreak, and so departed.”

Paul was driven to encourage and exhort God’s people whereever he found himself.

Here we see that even when someone fell asleep, fell down a long way, fell dead and then were raised up – Even this was not something Paul used as a reason to stop.

Paul was driven to tell people the good news of Jesus, believers and unbelievers alike!

Are we driven to do the same?

* Father God,

Thank You for the witness we see in Paul, as he points to You.

Please help us do the same today and onwards.

Amen.
